Unfair Account Denial - No clear reason given
I signed up for PayHammer through my employer so I could get paid faster, but my account was denied with a vague “security reasons” message. I put in ALL the correct information, and my employer confirmed they submitted everything properly. They even told me they would fix it, but months later (going on 3–4 months), nothing has been resolved.
I’ve tried contacting PayHammer directly and never got a real response. No one has told me what the actual problem is, and no one has offered me a way to correct it. Meanwhile, I’m stuck without access to quick pay, which is the whole point of this app.
This is unacceptable. Workers depend on this to get their money on time. If you deny someone, at least explain why and give them a way to fix it. Please escalate this and actually provide answers.
