What happened
I used to use this app to pay my county taxes and my city taxes. Now it won’t take city taxes. Not worth it to keep.
This app seems like a ripoff to create late payments

Works great…sometimes
Have been able to pay quickly up til last year. Now it shows a blank screen after asking for my address, right at the end before I submit to pay.
Full screen
The app assumes you are using a cell phone. Make a full screen version for pads, lap tops, or computers. Also, I understand the savings incurred using standard mail; but, this online version is quick-and-easy and offers all of the advantages of digital online record keeping.

I first use this app in 2018, which I have little frustration. But after I sign up with email and password for sign in , save my property and payment profile. 2 years later, in 2020 , I have experience using the app, it becomes smooth. I mean I became smooth while using this app by choosing sign in with email and password. I did not choose sign in with Google or Facebook.

Registered app tried to locate docs using parcel #(failed) address (failed) then name (failed) - convulsion APP FAIL
Poor Design
When I created my account, I went through the goofy chat bot dialogue and enrolled my properties. Weeks later when I logged on to make a payment, rather than display a list of the properties that I had previously enrolled (with amount and date due for each, for county and city), it made me go through the goofy chat bot dialogue and look them up again.
After making a payment for the one property, I expected to have a chance to look up the others and at least view the balance, maybe make another payment, but it says I’m all caught up on bills (wrong!) and allows only two actions—link or unlink a property.
Two stars instead of one because I was in fact able to make some of my payments. However, the design is abysmal. I don’t want to spend my time talking to a bot, or doing the same lookups over and over. I want to see a complete and concise summary, and then take whatever actions I deem necessary.

Just mail a check!
Faster and cheaper to just go old school and snail mail a check. The “processing fee” for this thing is ridiculous. Go buy a stamp and mail it.
Extremely Easy To Use
Very easy and intuitive. I used to add billing and e-delivery for multiple tax bills. One property could not bee found by parcel ID, but searching by address worked.
Worst Application Ever
I tried to pay the taxes for over 50 properties, even if i linked one by one, when im doing by companies( we have 7 different companies) doesn't shows the real number of properties, even after i linked... i spent over 3 hours just paying - and today another 3 hours and the same thing, there is no way that i can pay online the other 8 or 9 properties left... I spoke with someone in customer service and he didn't even know what i was talking about... the solution was simply “just mail us a check with the payment- so simple and easy” REALLY ????

Worked 4 Me
It’s very easy like a text robot that walks you through all the steps, the address info (found) the amount (payable) & payment details. Pay by checks for a small fee or credit cards for a little more of a fee. But over all it was quick and fast. No lines, no waiting, no frustration.
Typical
Naturally, an app made by local, or any gov’t for that matter, to “help” you pay property tax can’t find my property. Can’t say I was surprised.
