Poorly designed app, probably funded by tax payers and given to some VVIP’s son to handle
When DBKL sends you a letter and asks you to pay via the app, the app better be able to handle something as simple as scanning a QR and directing you to a payment portal. Instead, “invalid ID”. This even though my correct ID is on the app already…

Almost good
Looks user friendly but there are a couple of errors, for example you cannot add a favourite in the user profile, which would make sense. Also, no way to add payment information for quick payment. It’s a pretty basic app with limited usability. Could be better.

Unresponsive app
Unable to make Cukai Taksiran payment because the app is unresponsive and kept on “freezing”. Funny thing is the DBKL bill listed Pay@KL as the only means to make payment. How the heck am I supposed to pay then? 😡 payment services to the government agencies is in dire need to be upgraded!

MOBIS app has been down for a while causing inconvenience to customers. DBKL as usual unable to resolve the problem quickly
Can be improved to be more user friendly.
The app should allow saving of assessment number to ease the repeat of checking and payment every half annually rather than having us to key in the assessment number every time when due for payment.

I forgot my password . But every time I click for resetting password after entering ID, I get message- some thing went wrong . Please advise. Can you please respond?

Registration Fail
I have tried many times to fill out the registration form. When filled and press <Register> nothing happens. FAIL
