The worst
This is literally the worst app and worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. My paycheck was being deposited to this card, but in a year’s time, I was only able to access the actual banking site 3 times. It almost never works when you try to log in. They’ll have the wrong information about you, but never correct it no matter what you do. It’s like the app and the service have left the building never to return. I finally gave up and went with someone else, and I’m so glad I did!!

Dozens worl always tells me my password is wrong

i havent been able to get into my account for weeks and when i tried to reset my password by having them send an email with a reset link to me, the email was never sent. it keeps saying that my login credentials are incorrect but i know theyre right. i’ve only had this account since the end of august but it’s been awful. 0/10 would not recommend

The app won’t even load for me, it opens and then just stuck in a white screen, haven’t been able to see my balance in like 2 weeks...

Everytime I try to check my account on the app a white screen shows I have deleted and redownloaded it multiple times and still white screen this app is terrible
Garbage app - login screen not loading
The app worked for a couple months here and there. Now the login screen isn’t even loading when the app is run. I wouldn’t recommend any employer use this company for payroll. Find a better company and app, like Wisely.
The app wont even start
I try to get on and nothing pops up and it is just a white screen and says my request timed out
Can't access my money
I knew i should be worried when my job switched to prepaid card for my tips instead of giving me cash, and it turns out i was right. I have over $300 that i can't access because the app crashes and the website server crashes and keeps giving me an error screen when I try to contact support. I don't know if this is an outright scam or just an absolutely horrible business but i would never use them again.

Can’t access my account
I’ve had this app for three months and the experience had been horrible. All I get is a white screen. I’ve deleted an downloaded it and still nothing. The developers need to fix this as soon as possible!!!!!!
Waste of an app
I cannot login. I can’t see my account on the app or the website. This is ridiculous and it’s getting on my last nerve. You guys have to get it together and fix it.
Won’t even load the login screen
Worked fairly good for maybe a month or two. Now it won’t even let me login. I can’t even get to the login screen. It’s just blank. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my phone as well as switching WiFi. So dumb. 0/10.

Can’t even enroll. Kept saying my info was wrong, then locked me out, without telling me when I can try again.

Due to my mistake of not having written down the password and that your service "" forgot my password "" and the "" temporary passwords "" do not work at all now I have nowhere to control my account I have tried many times I have called "" cardholder ”” And it does not work at all they tell you to wait 24 hours later they tell you to wait 72 hours that they will delete your account to restart it and then dial again and they tell you that they do not have control over your username or your password but if they can repair at least the security questions and in the end they cannot help you at all with your account what kind of people they have working then to give you the service or what kind of training they give their operators you waste time and patience and all your time and still you don't solve your problem

Login doesn’t work
I’ve tried for 2 weeks to look at my bank account info to see my transactions and can’t even see because it says login in failed tried calling customer support there not affiliated with this app please fix this bug and change the layout of your app it’s so difficult

I have this card with an employee & I can never access my account. How are we supposed to know what transaction were made & the money we have in it. I wish they would get a better website. Log in is always a hassle !
Doesn’t work at all
I’ve Got strange charges that I don’t recognize and no way to access the info for them. Every time I try to access more info regarding transactions and transaction history, it says “enabled””. It’s just a broken and very shady app. I’m appalled that my job requires this for work.

I havent been able to access my account for a week now. Every time I try to log in with my credentials, it tells me login failed. Even when attempting to reset my password, it won’t work.
Calling “cardholder” support does nothing to improve the situation. The number listed on both the back of the card and on their “website” leads you to a call service that has “no affiliation” with the website (this app). This is an absolutely disgusting waste of time and technology.

Does not work
App worked for months now it dont even recognize my log in..says contact cardholder services when you do they cant help you..everyone you talk to says you arent locked out the account so they dont know why it isnt working
