Horrible
This has been the most frustrating and horrible bank or credit experience of my life. The app is the opposite of user friendly and customer support is not much better. I’ve never bothered to write an app review before but this is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used.

Transfer to my personal account is not working. Clearly app is not operational given my personal account has been verified both in the app and browser. Better results for me using on browser and not the app. Customer service was less than helpful throughout.

Sitting at Altascience with 2 other participants. June 1. App still not working. And we are still waiting for our first deposits. Nothing as of yet. Do better! Need it before Dunkin Donuts get here plz

It will not allow you to register the card
DO NOT try to work around by going to myclincard. com my virus detection identified it as a phishing site
Instead call the number on the back of your card to speak to a live representative or if it is printed on the back of your card— use that address to access the website
