Transfer to my personal account is not working. Clearly app is not operational given my personal account has been verified both in the app and browser. Better results for me using on browser and not the app. Customer service was less than helpful throughout.

DO NOT try to work around by going to myclincard. com my virus detection identified it as a phishing site
Instead call the number on the back of your card to speak to a live representative or if it is printed on the back of your card— use that address to access the website

App frozen-can’t login
I had not logged on for sometime since there were no funds.
It worked fine the last time I used it.
Can’t open app-it’s frozen.
Funds deposited today but I have no idea how much is available.
Please fix it.

Poorly executed
While I am able to login at least and see my balanace and transaction history, the app is poorly executed.
1) i only log on to this device. Yet it makes me say there are multiple sessions running and makes me quit the current session on this device, in order to log into this same device.
2) Face ID requires a prompt before being used. Whereas other banking apps auto sign you In.
3) I can’t screenshot my own transactions because it’s “disabled for security reasons”.
4) ok fine I’ll use statements. Except, it doesn’t let me change the statement date. It auto defaults to a date range before my card was even active.

Great way to get paid
No problem to sign it up, added to Apple Pay
Not ideal for all Clin Cards
I have a Mastercard ClinCard, it doesn’t work this app. Only VISA ClinCard

you cant even file a dispute because theres no file and when i call they keep saying the pin is wrong even though it isnt and i changed it and it still says its wrong

Garbage App
I’ve been forced to use this app and the associated services as the only way for remuneration as part of a research program that I’m part of. There is literally no thought process in the coding of this app, and to make it even more interesting they have blocked screenshots which is absolute BS when trying to troubleshoot or keep records of transactions.
My device is a personal device and I don’t have a block on screenshots that many corporate phones have. They need to remove this restriction so that the app is borderline unusable.

Worst Card and Worst customer Service
The fact that clinics use this card is disconcerting. First it is not the best option for those who dont use Apple, are unbanked and dont use technology. Secondly, its a guessing fame which merchants will accept. The app is trash. The customer service team is very rude. This is what it looks like when you have businesses that operate without integrity, work ethic or any pride in their product. Just $$$ and its also what it looks like when the richest most cash flushed entities like Johns Hopkins who gets a great chunk of our tax dollars decides cheaper over quality and patient ease is better

Terrible card and app
I can’t use this card anywhere. I tried to buy something online with Apple Pay and it was declined. I went to buy something at a store and it was declined. What’s the point of having money in your account and not be able to use it

I had a previous ClinCard and received another from a different provider! The fail is tha the software doesn’t allow me to enter my new card!!??!! What gives , is there a secret passage or key I need to have???

Not for Mastercard version should be more clear
It should be made more clear / prevalent that this app only works for the Visa version of a Clincard. It kept asking / letting me enter my info & telling me it was incorrect. It wasn’t until I called that it told me the app was only for the Visa Clincard.

Every single time I try to get on the app it says my account is locked for 30 minutes and I have to call them. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME
Deliberately difficult
Intentionally difficult to log on or use. I have been trying for ten days to transfer balance to my bank account. When I called they said it could take five days even though my balance is listed as zero funds. Clinical trials should find a different company.

Keeps saying my device is jail broken, but it’s not.
Quit the Trial - App is Garbage
This app has been worthless from Day 1. But hey, I’m in a clinical trial, perhaps helping myself and/or future mankind. Fast forward, I am informed that I have received the placebo and I have moved hundreds of miles away from the nearest clinical trial facility. And I can’t get money off of the card to why bother? Sorry, mankind, I’m dropping out. Bad on you for contracting with such a low-rent finco.
