The app continues to have loading issues, closing out and asking for back to back facial recognition then it has a loading issues please fix. Thank you

Used to be so good
Something has changed. The app now prompts me to leave a review twice before my balances even load. Every time I open the app I’m worried I won’t be able to see my balances.
