Missing a few items
I was looking for loan rates on the app but they’re not available on the app. I had to visit the website to find it. Even applying for loans are not on the app.
Good but slow now
App has always been pretty good and reliable but since most recent update, it is slow to open after logging in, and sometimes doesn't load at all. Have to close and open and login again a second or third time.

Used to be so good
Something has changed. The app now prompts me to leave a review twice before my balances even load. Every time I open the app I’m worried I won’t be able to see my balances.

I basically like this app and bank. My major issue is 15 free debits/month rule. It’s unrealistic when most purchases are online. This what made me open an account for spending with another bank years ago.

I truly think that philadelphia Federal Credit Union is one of the most advanced credit unions—honestly, even better than many banks.
I’ve had a great experience with them: my bills always arrive and get paid on time, and I’ve never experienced delays. One of the features I value the most is the credit line attached to my checking account, it’s incredibly helpful, especially when we need to pay large expenses like taxes all at once.

Terrible App
I can’t view any of my accounts beyond some transfers, including the account number. Making transfers is cumbersome, it takes a lot of time to react to pushing the buttons, it’s hard to navigate, and there’s a lot of bugs. This makes me nervous with transferring because I fear it won’t fully process. It feels like this app was made and last updated in 2001 and honestly its lack of accessibility makes me want to switch banks entirely.
