Terrible app terrible company
App is hard to use and the company is staffed with inept people who provide zero customer service. Since obtaining a loan with them I have had nothing but issues and they are currently overcharging me escrow due to a mistake they made. Additionally they owe me for tax money they were refunded but I paid, over 8 months ago and they have not returned to me.
Once this is cleared up, if ever, I intend to shop around for a new mortgage

How can you only have a once in a lifetime overdraft forgiveness program I can see a one year one but wow once in a lifetime that’s crazy Do better PFCU People are struggling these days and sometimes things happen and need some forgiveness

App is too slow
This had a recent UI change but is very slow and doesn’t load when you open it and have to close it 2-3 times before you can even get to your account. It’s insane how slow this app has gotten

Ever since the most recent update it’s been buggy. The app doesn’t want to fully load when I open it. And sometimes won’t display my balance or home screen.

Missing a few items
I was looking for loan rates on the app but they’re not available on the app. I had to visit the website to find it. Even applying for loans are not on the app.
Good but slow now
App has always been pretty good and reliable but since most recent update, it is slow to open after logging in, and sometimes doesn't load at all. Have to close and open and login again a second or third time.

Used to be so good
Something has changed. The app now prompts me to leave a review twice before my balances even load. Every time I open the app I’m worried I won’t be able to see my balances.
Best app ever!
