Do NOT use this company they have no customer support they say your card is mailed but never received it basically stolen money stay far from this company

keeps crashing and has been continuously for the last week, saying it’s unavailable due to an “error” that is pending being fixed. fix it

A bit cryptic but eventually, I figured this out.
Locked out
The app locked me out of my account and when I talked with customer support they didn’t respond. I now have to talk to them again they are kinda useless.

The customer service is genuinely horrible, you can tell that there's so many problems and not enough helpers, my money has been on hold since last week and I haven't been able to add my card to the app. They say there's a lot of tickets but I've been waiting for over a week on these things. Y'all need to step it up.
