keeps crashing and has been continuously for the last week, saying it’s unavailable due to an “error” that is pending being fixed. fix it

Locked out
The app locked me out of my account and when I talked with customer support they didn’t respond. I now have to talk to them again they are kinda useless.

The customer service is genuinely horrible, you can tell that there's so many problems and not enough helpers, my money has been on hold since last week and I haven't been able to add my card to the app. They say there's a lot of tickets but I've been waiting for over a week on these things. Y'all need to step it up.

Help
When I try activating my card it says that my account is currently blocked and that’s the card or my information is correct.
Garbage card, company, and customer service
Imma leave it short. Doesn’t work on many sites online where a regular card works just fine. Cant withdraw from some atms. Doesn’t allow you to spend your OWN money however YOU want to. Customer service is trained to say thank you and nice things instead of solving the problem. Garbage

I feel like my school and SYEP Doesn’t know that I couldn’t activate my dash card me and my mom tried multiple times but it keep saying my birth date is incorrect and when I sign it to the app and online it’s not accepting my password or sending me a link in my email it’s like IM never going to check my money or buy anything because of this stupid card and the stupid company

Customer Service Experience
If you try contacting their customer service team, they will not necessarily address the issues you may be facing. They tend to go off a script and do not have exact solutions to your problems regarding the app or card. If they can’t help you based off of their script they will push it forward to their other support team, where your issue will never be resolved and be forgotten.
I’ve been contacting their support for the past month with the same issue and resulting to the same solution. It eventually gets to a point where contacting customer service becomes pointless and a waste of your time.

Banned for setting up new card
My past card was lost/stolen so I bought a new card by calling the customer support. When my new card came in it banned my whole account while I tried to set it up. Now I have to wait an extra two days so they can “review my account”. I typed in the proxy # and all the right info it asked and the app told me it was wrong and blocked me.

Money is trapped
I have over $4,000 that’s completely trapped in my dash account, they took away the option to transfer it to an outside bank and when you call customer service, they are zero help, I never received a physical card and they also took away the digital card that was on my app, even the WesternUnion money transfer link on the app doesn’t work. I have no way to access my money that I need for gas and food

New user unable to create account
I’ve called multiple times and customer service always says tech team is working at it, try again in 24 hours. After reading many recent reviews, looks like this is an ongoing problem for others for months now! How can I get my money?! Insane!
No send it button
The app works well when there is no updates removing the option to transfer funds to external accounts.
Bring back sendit!!
I appreciate the app and the simplicity of the call in if I have questions about my card but it was soooo nice having the sendit to transfer funds between dash and my bank please bring it back!
