won’t let me use my card
I don’t know what’s going on but I have been using my card for months online and now recently it just keeps saying card declined whenever I try using it I hope this can be resolved :(
Disrespectful
When I tried to enter my card number over the phone it said it was invalid so I reached out and waited on whole 45 minutes just to be disrespected by an Asian lady that picked up the phone. She kept calling me ma’am and miss and I am a man with a deep voice and I told her don’t call me that and she continue to call me that and I explained the situation that it’s not working and she said it’s your car’s not working because you don’t put in your personal information and then I told her I can’t put in my personal information because it’s saying my car doesn’t work and she continue to call me a lady and was just rude to me

Dash card
This app is actually terrible I kid you not every week you have a new issue for getting into your account or using your card . It’s really unfortunate. Many of people I work with have been having issues such as getting hacked and losing hundreds of dollars on there end . If you have other options go with your other options .

Not sure what is going on with app or website, but have not been able to sign in to check my balance or transfer funds to my bank for over a month.
Glitching
The app has been glitching lately. I had to get a new card but couldn’t activate it on the site. It won’t even allow me to log in or anything. Looks like it is time to fix the latest bug.

If I could give this app no stars I would, the app never works I’m never able to login to my account I have gotten the same error message for weeks now without any solutions

horrible just horrible, my card freezes for no reason i cannot transfer funds to my cashapp and i have to call customer service every other week just to unfreeze the card
Garbage garbage garbage
This is not worth the plastic that’s used. The app is horrible and so basic it sucks rocks. Can’t continue after getting the six digits and when you speak to an operator, they lie and tell you that at 2 in the morning they are going to have their techs fix the problem, give them an hour. Two weeks later and the problem still exists. Liars!

You can't use the physical card; there are always problems with it They mess around with our balance it's a joke.

First time I tried to use it online and it got declined. No capability on the app to transfer the funds to my checking account. Not very thrilled.

Always telling me my session expired and I can’t log it, the app also glitches a lot.

I haven't been able to spend my money on the card for days now and every time I call the company they hang up within 5 seconds.

Why whenever I try to login to my account, it says “your session has expired” and it wont let me log in to my account and even when I put my password?! Help me!

I’ve been on hold for almost a hour the customer service is a joke on top of the app not working period

This app has started crashing the past days, At first it was just taking forever to log in , but now i can’t log in , not in the app or the website, and the other day when i was still able , it wouldn’t show the balance and nothing in it would load, and the worse thing is that i can’t even take money out my card to another card .

It needs weekly updates!!
Just started having problems today after using it for a few weeks (3 weeks) & it won’t allow me to log in? (Says session is expired?!?!) take a very long time to load even though I have a great internet connection. I also read reviews saying the customer service is horrible, but I will see about that soon. I hope they start to update this app more often, because some features on here are broken.

Customer Service/ Security
I’ve had multiple issues with the customer service department on assistance with funds. They are little to no help when it comes to helping with any immediate needs. Also dealing with a breach where funds were missing and being taken out without knowing. This company has multiple issues with no solutions, I recommend staying away as much as possible.

This prepaid card is trash please go to another get card asap
I’ve had them for the past 5 months and every was going good until I figured out that they charge u a fee every time u use the card not only that god forbid u card is stolen and being used u will not get a refund no matter what and than they charge 5 dollars for a replacement card not only that the customer service when u try to get ur money back they hang up argue with u won’t transfer u to a supervisor they’ll have u on hold for over a hour never try to transfer u to one I hate I have to deal with these ppl they over talk u won’t let u speak all it takes is for ur card to get stolen and you’ll see u will never see those funds again and I asked for a digital card they told me I can’t get one it’s only a handful of good employees hopefully u get one

Pointless
The reason why I downloaded the app is to avoid having to call in order to find out my available balance. It doesn’t show; the balance according to the app is 0.00, and if I call they tell me the real balance which was several hundred/ I call and nobody helps, wth!!

Everytime I try to set up my account and it gets to the verification screen, it won’t let me select an option
