Not happy
Rarely works and when it does it takes well over ten minutes to get into the app

Have had lots of trouble with my account and have tried endlessly to contact the tech support, only to be forced to converse with a useless bot that tells me to things that I already described I have done. When I finally seemingly spoke to a person, they also told me the exact same things the bot already said, clearly not reviewing the conversation.

Keeping saying that “you have no linked employee account”
I had log in problem since a few months ago. Keep saying that “you have no linked employee account”.
Poor online support, they keep asking me if I have made “wrong email address”, “wrong password”. “Reset password”, “check cap lock”, “uninstall the app”, “update the app”………. Asking me to send “cap screen”…..But these are definitely not the issues at all.
And finally, the online support ignore my request, and did not follow up with me anymore.
I really don’t know why they cannot find out the problem from their end. Or simply help me to test the log in issues…. Once they tried to log in, they should understand what I am talking about…..

Can’t download the payslip
It was said download successful but where I can find it?

after updated the app I couldn’t find any payslips and always have the login problems. why you fixed something even worse than before????
Login problem
It was working good before, now im having login problem everytime im trying to login it says im logged under different device which im not, is there any way u can help me out

Everytime I log in it will just prompt and say get started then disappear and went all blank. Stupid apps

- Can’t manage expense claims
- Can’t view my time keeping for the week and therefore can’t stick to maximum allowed hours.
- Can’t submit hours for annual leave draw down.
- No leave calculator.

Unable to access my newer payslips
The app itself is pretty good, however I have found that ever since I joined I haven’t been getting any of my new payslips despite receiving emails with them. I find this extremely odd as I am still getting the summarised version in my emails, but the app doesn’t show them…despite being linked to my email account?

It’s really easy
We have been using it now for 6 months and I’m impressed
This app isn’t great and I’ve only been using it a week
My very first payslip somehow they gave me the same one 4 times, so 4 separate payslips for the 1 period where there should have only been 1 so it says I’ve been paid 4x the amount I was actually paid. it’s been nearly two weeks now and I’ve been emailing support back and forth and they have not been able to solve the problem at all. I would not recommend this app at all.

Great app. It’s very easy for me to view all my payslips. Very clean UI and simple to use. Good to keep track of my income.

initial problems with being redirected to employer section have now been fixed and I’m finding that this is a very good app ... easy to use and simple layout
Have never been able to log in
Have tried getting help from the help desk - but it just doesn’t work.
I give up - and I think the help desk has too as they passed it over to the developers and I never heard anything.

Needs More Documentation
None of my employees have an account with Payroller and there is no instructions on how they can set one up. I’ve looked everywhere in the Payroller UI and don’t see any way I can invite an employee to setup an account so they can use this app. A bit more documentation would be helpful as I can’t work out how to get past the login screen!
