Good app
It’s getting better. Started off with Skimmer app, which in all honesty is my personal favorite when it comes to service and repair. They just got too expensive so my company switched to Paythepoolman. I absolutely hated it at first, but they have been making some changes and getting better. I believe they will continue to improve. It’s honestly worth getting especially if your leaving skimmer and looking for another easy to use app service.

It’s ok
Gets annoying when you log a service and the app makes you do it again because it didn’t register. Also the app will log me out while I’m servicing a pool so it messes with the service time.

Awesome program
This is by far the best program I have ever used and I have used all the others that are out there love the system and tell everyone about this program
Wow! Without words!
I can’t explain how amazing this magnificent pool app is. Definitely recommend.
Syncing
The app never syncs & I’ve been on the please wait spinning dial screen for 6hrs47mins now. SMH.

Great App for Pool Technicians
We use PaythePoolMan and we decided to include this PaythePoolMan+ for the technicians to do our routing. It has streamlined our office for routing. It makes our technicians lives easier to see their route and their jobs for the day. Just like PaythePoolMan, they are always improving the app and listening to their customers to make sure it is being the best app for our technicians.

So many issues
This app COULD be great, if they actually took the time to listen to their customers who are using it. Every issue I have ever contacted tech support about is blamed on user error. They need someone who actually understands computer programming to fix the glitches. Please do your research before using this software as it is a process to switch to a better app. That’s the only reason we are still using it, we are stuck.

Excellent Tool
This app is perfect for logging my server be stops, tracking filters, adding billable items, reports and employee tracking. It has it all. Easy to use and intuitive!

Potential but glitches
I was so excited for this app instead of logging into a website from my phone. Tons of potential, dream when it…works…seems every other input the app glitches out, says for me to “enable gps” (gps is always enabled) or it just does this flash thing and won’t accept inputs. Got to shut the app all the way down reopen it and even then it’s about 50/50 if it works then. Super frustrating. Recently had an update fingers were crossed that it would be better but nope same issues. Bummed. No longer a time saver. Better off with pen and pad at this point

Easy Peasy
Current user of paythepoolman program for my business. I was eagerly awaiting the launch of the plus app for routing and logging of reports to my customers. Fast and perfectly placed options on every page. I’m able to upload pictures faster than ever and get on to my next stop. Definitely a timesaver.

This app is amazing and a time saver! The customer support is fast and easy. This app makes it easy to keep track of billing and employees while providing easy contact with customers!
Ugly!
I thought the website was bad! This is just plain ugly and make ZERO sense. Move away from the company go with anyone else!!!!
Poor reporting
Can’t get in to do my reports with out it refreshing and syncing every pool. To many other problems with this app I’m going to stay with the website
