We love PayTrace! From the support team to email invoices, pay links and the stable platform PayTrace is everything they said it would be.

Since the previous update the card reader that plugs in bottom of iPhone is not recognized.

I have been using PayTrace for almost 10 years now.
It is pretty quick and fair rates. Have to check up every now and then but that is through your actual processing center vs the PayTrace portal.
Not saying we have not had some problems but when we do they are usually good about taking care of it and helping do what needs to be done so it does not happen again.

great customer support 5stars... they keep improving and respond quickly too!!!This App was recently updated. It’s does have a more modern look and the signature section was greatly increased, customers are very happy with the space. The confirmation box could be enlarged greatly and please please photo card reader would be lovely!!! The bottom field runs into the invoice slot when typing kinda hard to select but you get used to it. Three stars gets the gob done. But could use a few improvements. I am using on an iPad 9.7.

This is a great app. All works perfectly and easy to use.
Crap App
If I didn’t like my agent I would have gotten rid of this merchant. The app doesn’t read credit cards correctly. It adds 5 years to the expiration date and the app has to be restarted every time before every transaction. Stay away from it even if your merchant says it’s going to work. It doesn’t.

Customer service is a joke!
The swiper I was over charged for that took two months to get doesn’t work and I can’t get anyone to call me back after several more months. But when I hand type all of the information that’s required;
Card# cvc# full billing address excluding state, country and zip code, it works great. Not as convenient as the service I had before I Will be moving on.

Not formatted correctly
On my iphone 7 plus the information fields run off of the screen and I can't scroll to reach them so I can't process the cards. I have to have one of my employees process it on their iphone 5 which the app is formatted for. It's very inconvenient. If I didn't like the merchant service agent that I signed up with I'd find another merchant and processor.
