This app is very difficult to navigate their customer support doesn’t exist I already sent them multiple email and they told me I will get a response within 4 to 5 business days and it’s been 2weeks already still no response and even I paid my loan on time still my account was marked as not eligible “for some reasons” and they didn’t put the exact reason why it feels like a rip off for some people since they charge a service fee for how many percentage and after that they won’t allow you to avail a loan again.
