This app is very difficult to navigate their customer support doesn’t exist I already sent them multiple email and they told me I will get a response within 4 to 5 business days and it’s been 2weeks already still no response and even I paid my loan on time still my account was marked as not eligible “for some reasons” and they didn’t put the exact reason why it feels like a rip off for some people since they charge a service fee for how many percentage and after that they won’t allow you to avail a loan again.

Eligibility Inconsistency
I’ve been using this app since 2025 but then this week i can’t even withdraw my Salary Advance why is that?

I could not create an account. It keeps on saying that I have inserted wrong details during registration.

Had multiple attempts but still having the same error message of wrong email/password
Account suspended
I thought the purpose of this app is to have your salary in advance when you need cash or cause of emergency, however, I just received a notification that my account was suspended due to unpaid amount which was the day before my salary is to be credited to my account.
Unreliable
I have had the chance to withdraw twice and maxing out the limit that I can withdraw, now payment was made when my salary came in even tho the due date is way over ahead from my actual pay day. Pay Wage then updated my limit to a higher amount however after a small withdrawal of 1k, my account suddenly got suspended and states “Awaits bank collection” even tho I have already paid my previoud withdrawal. This app is unreliable when you need it the most. YOU DO NOT GET ANYONE REACHING BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT TEAM. NO ONE! If this apps tries to take money from my account again, I am reporting this to BSP. Total disappointment.

Poor service! Even if you already fullypaid, you cant reloan. It ruins your budget. Not recommended app. Much better to unistall.
False advertisement
Slow and no response from support. After paying the amount due account remained suspended and unable to make withdrawals.
Lousy Support Update
Been sending several emails but still no response and my account remains un updated. I’m worried I might be deducted again despite of the successful debiting to my account.
Will report this to BSP if still no update received within this week as they only have email support who does not respond to my concerns and no alternative contact number to reached out.

Expired Access
"I used this platform for the 8th time, then suddenly my access expired and I was no longer eligible. Even though the amount was always deducted from my payroll account, there came a time when I was no longer qualified."
Email address is wrong
Upon registration the app will show that your email address is wrong even if you placed the exact same one as your BPI account email
Not Reliable
The tag line “Get Paid When you Decide” is misleading. You can’t even use this in times of need. Very bad service and false advertising.
