I’m filing a complaint about this app. It deducted more than the total amount I actually credited, which should not happen. This is very concerning because it affects my salary and creates confusion.
Please review and fix this issue immediately, as users should not be overcharged. I also request a clear explanation for the excess deduction.

AUTO DEDUCTION
I PAID IT AND ALREADY DEDUCTED ON MY SALARY. BUT IT KEEPS DEDUCTING ON MY PAYSLIP. WHAT A SCAM
Double charges
They are scammers they’re doing double charges even though you did sent the proof that they’re already deducted the amount that it showed in our payroll, I’ll never use this anymore.

multiple error on transactions
their responses to my emails are very delayed. they would respond a day or two before my salary which would already make an impact since their responses would be a week after. so many errors. they deduct multiple times from what i withdrew. do not dl this!!!

Salary Deductions
So far, my experience with this app has been really disappointing. It was clearly stated that there would be 0% interest, and that referral rewards are commissions and therefore not included in the amount to be repaid. However, they have deducted twice the amount from me recently. Even when I raised this with them, they remain firm on their current plan. What makes it even more difficult is that this issue is entirely their mistake, yet the employee ends up bearing the consequences as if every peso earned does not matter at all lol

As much as possible please don’t use this app or to simplify borrowing money, cause deduction is really unacceptable, hopefully someday in the near future this app will automatically remove and those people whoever associated on this organization realize that this is not good, what they doing makes peole upset, I’m really disappointed and frustrated!!😒

They admitted they made a mistake into crediting my salary advance instead of deducting it from my pay. Now, they’ll be getting twice of the amount this upcoming pay date. It was their mistake and I just reviewed my payslip seeing the credit instead of a deduction.
They should at least divide it into two payments/deductions as it was an error from their end.
