Retail Digital Banking unable to solve the problem
Useless PB QRPay. None of my customers using Alipay are able to make payments. I emailed Retail Digital Banking (LousyTeam), and they told me there is no problem with the system and wanted to close the case.

Can’t event log in to the app. Can log in from browser but cannot log in to the app eventhou ID & PW is correct, keep showing error 0008. How we do business if like this?

Worst QR Apps I’ve Ever Use
Very bad service. Bad performance. It’s been week since we can’t login in to check for transactions. We need to manually login to our bank to check for the QR transaction which is annoying and inefficient.
PLEASE FIX FE0008 ERROR
Able to log in to desktop but error message keeps popping up when using PBQR app, very disappointed with this issue, please fix it ASAP

Sometimes notifications show after 1 to 2 minutes.

App bugs, forever cannot log in, show Error, need to keep reactivating, remove, add, remove, add device, keep trying your luck then only can log in sometimes. Browser can log in but no immediate notification, only can check from History.
Delay, late notification.
Since 2024 Jun. We been delay receiving late or delay notifications when customer pay by at payment.
