Terrible
Would really love to be able to use PBS app more but wow this app functions terribly. Almost to the point it is unusable. The entire dealership I work at refuses to use the app because of how bad the quality is. Super slow and glitchy. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Just no consistency what so ever. Unfortunately this app is terrible.

App looks like it was made in 2005 and works half the time, pictures never upload, most the time it doesn’t even pull up any of my tickets, newest iPhone and app is up to date so it is an issue with their app do not recommend wastes my time and time is money as a technician
DO NOT DO IT
If your gonna be using this app, please beg your employer to use anything else, pbs has constant problems, and when it works “properly” if u could use the word work at all, it’s an absolute headache.
Disgusting
This hands down one of the worst apps ever, I’m a technician and time is money….half of the time videos won’t upload or completely disappear…everything takes forever to load… I have the newest iPhone so it’s not a phone issue. It’s an app issue. You guys need to fix your app or you’ll have a lot of unhappy technicians.

Photos and videos do not save to the RO’s anymore. Just get an error message.
It doesn't work
It doesn't work. I have open service orders, they do not show up, and even when I search the order # they still do not appear in the app. Useless.
Not useable
This app is hot garbage and will drive you to the point of insanity.

Not quite there
Coming from a solid base on CDK drive and XTime; PBS is clunky. As a Service Drive Manager, I have to assist my Writers on basic tasks. Difficulty taking pictures is a primary pain as you can only upload a single picture at a time and it’s a 4-step process
