May 2026. Downloaded App, first thing I click on is “Frequent Requests” to report a pothole.

App always reverts to the homepage when trying to upload photos. Have to start service request all over again .

You can’t enter an intersection to create at ticket for road work.
Just awful. Please fix Olivia broken just like other services.

Hey developers, (1) why do I have to manually enter my address/phone info when my iPhone happily populates it for all other apps/websites? (2) where’s the option to request more options? Ie., there’s nothing related to bike lanes (except for snow clearing). Not just cars use our roads!
