Why can’t the app save and automatically fill out the report form contact details? It’s really tedious doing this for every request

May 2026. Downloaded App, first thing I click on is “Frequent Requests” to report a pothole.

App always reverts to the homepage when trying to upload photos. Have to start service request all over again .
Doesn’t work
You can’t enter an intersection to create at ticket for road work.

Hey developers, (1) why do I have to manually enter my address/phone info when my iPhone happily populates it for all other apps/websites? (2) where’s the option to request more options? Ie., there’s nothing related to bike lanes (except for snow clearing). Not just cars use our roads!
Siding of a building was falling
Tried reporting that metal siding of an apartment building was falling off because of wind but they make it so difficult to report issues. Had to go through 16 pages of questions then had to give full access to my photos to add a picture, went back to the app and it wiped all my progress. Ended up not reporting it. They make it difficult for people to care

Submitted a request for clearing the snow that has hardened and is blocking vehicles. The marked it closed or completed but the expected delivery date is Feb 18, 10:15 pm? The snow/ice mountain is still there. Knew this service is useless. 0 stars if I could.
Please make this more animal friendly!
I do not like that the app lumps “animals, insects, and pests” in one category, and the first service request is for “coyote attacks”. That is very negative and poses coyotes as “pests”. I would suggest taking off this request along with “coyote posing a threat to public safety”. Most animal bites are dog bites, and I feel this app provides a fear based approach rather than a coexistence one. Please remove the negative coyote information (the coyote sightings form is fine though) and lump all animal bite complaints under one category (with an option for stray or wild animal bite). Remove the word “pest” from the Animal Services Request Form, put attacks and bites lower down (currently this is the first thing on the request form), remove the Coyote category and replace it with a category called Wildlife, add Lost Animal Report, Found Animal Report, and Animals Available to Foster or Adopt. “ Adopt or Foster” should come before “attacks”, and the word “attack” should be replaced with “bite”. Also, provide an option to additionally and simultaneously contact Coyote Watch Canada, Toronto Wildlife Centre, and National Wildlife Centre.

PHOTO UPLOAD DOESN'T WORK
Please fix this bug!!
Unless you allow 311 to access you're entire photo library, it won't allow you to upload photos for service requests.
When you select "add photos" on iOS to a request, it takes you to your phone settings.
Regardless if you have allowed 311 access, chosen photos only option doesn't work and keeps you in a looping cycle of trying to get it to attach to a new service request.

Absolute garbage
I beg you to test this stuff before releasing. Wasted 20 mins to fill out a request. Breaks on an iPhone SE (3rd gen) screen dimensions. Pages bleeding into the next, can’t even finish a f service request.
While the app could improve, appreciate it
The app could be improved (a few bugs), regardless I’m grateful that it exists — and grateful to the city staff that support process requests in the background.
Not easy to report complaints
App supposed to make report complaint easier for toronto residents and work on those issues as soon as possible BUT this app doesn’t seem to do that!

Tried to submit a graffiti removal request, however, when I select that I’d like to proceed anonymously, the app crashes.
