What strange user interface
It is impossible to change data points. I put some dummy figures to get a feel of the app. Now I canβt change them to real values. Very poorly defined program. Delete and reinstall as the option.
No pull Down abilities
Thanks for getting this app 60% there but the time and errors can get reduced once you guys get it to pull live data and airport information to auto populate most of the input information.

Great quick reference
This is a great preflight planning tool as well as a quick reference in the cockpit. I would like to see it include data for landings in pusher-ice mode though. Overall solid app for anyone who flys the PC-12 regularly.
DO
This app is essentially useless. Inadequate instructions on how to get past the first page. Designed by an engineer who knows little about the demands of flying and importance of timely inputs. Half assed attempt to be useful and I know this is cruel, but please find someone to fix this and make it easy to use.

Not a flight manual!
I was hoping to have a digital and maybe somewhat interactive POH to have on my phone/iPad to study, however, this is essentially not much more than any e6b app you can download just already configured for the PC-12. I'm not saying it's a terrible app, it's just borderline useless IMHO, and doesn't have any of the information in it I was hoping for.

Still useless.
Freezes when trying to input aircraft data. Currently using ipad 4 with IOS7. I couldn't get it to work on IOS6 either.
Was an awesome app
The current version is incredibly unstable. Otherwise It was amazing. I like the customizable w&b but I would like in the next version of the app to be compatible with other apps like foreflight, etc. it's annoying to be always put in all the flight information.
Crashes
When customizing interior the app freezes up. Forcing a close disables the app from further use. (Automatically closes itself before I'm able to accept the warning page.) Only way to get the app working again is to delete and then re-install the app. (I am using the iPad mini with iOS 6.1.3) this app is very useful when it works (5 stars)

Continuously freezes up. After restarting the app then it just crashes. Wish the app was as solid as their planes...

Keeps crashing
The new update continually keeps crashing. Very big pain due to the fact it gets used everyday on multiple legs. The new update has rendered the app useless...............uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, now it doesnt work at all.
Please make sure it works before sending out an update!
I have just updated only to find that all my saved aircraft and configurations have been deleted. When I try to amend a configuration the app crashes and then won't reopen. I then have to delete and re download!

iOS6 Crash
What the heck!? I use this app for each flight! Keeps crashing!
Version 2.1 unstable
This is a very handy app. Unfortunately the update 2.1 keeps crashing on my iPad.

Doesn't work
The past version I had worked great and was very helpful. Whatever update they did killed it. I can't get the new version to run the take off performance numbers. Deleting and reinstalling does not fix the problem.
Remove old version first
Since no one from Pilatus has answered. I tried to delete the current app then install the new one.

Almost there!
This is an excellent first attempt at this app. It does need a few improvements though:
- Passenger weights only go up to 300 pounds. It is unusual to have a passenger that weighs more than this, but it does happen. - The baggage weight only goes up to 265 pounds instead of the300 pounds that is allowed.
- No accommodation is made for the extendable baggage net either which we have in one of our airplanes.
- We need the ability to have multiple airplanes. We currently have two airplanes with different interior configurations, and are about to add another.
Update: not only have none of original complaints been fixed, the app now crashes on iOS 6 any time I try to enter a baggage weight. Come on Pilatus!!!
