Reminiscing of horrible memories
So, they really talked themselves up about what they did in 2020, right? They made this app sound like it was the ultimate solution for dealing with the pandemic. But then in 2021, it all came crashing down, and now people just want to toss this junk into any electronic landfill.

Leaks personal information!
I recently downloaded the app and when opening it today, I noticed it showed all the personal information entered by another person! Name, passport number, email, current address and more. Horrible and inexcusable!
I can’t even log in
App gives an error message every time I try to enter a phone number or email address. Note that the app has captured my phone number, since I then received a barrage of text messages asking me to log in, which I cannot do.

App như bị lỗi ấy. Điên đầu
Thông tin mũi tiêm 1,2 mãi ko thấy lên nên mình tự khai. Và giờ thì tiêm đủ 4mũi rồi nhưng mà QR vẫn chỉ hiển thị là 2mũi tự khai còn cái thông tin tiêm chủng đủ 4mũi rồi nó ko thèm lên. Ko sao mà xoá hay sửa đc j. Hễ vào sửa hoặc xoá nó lại báo vớ vẩn linh tinh j ấy ko thì nó đơ luôn ko sao ấn đc chức năng nào. Phải thoát ra vào lại và vẫn là đã tiêm 2 mũi tự khai. Vãi cả hồn😤

Problem with app
This app not easy to set up. Changed system since I first downloaded it. Now can’t set it up. We have vac cards but I can’t figure out how to upload. Don’t have paper wallet.

Sau một năm không đụng vô app, nay tôi đi tiêm mũi 4 mở vào app và ấn cập nhật, app hiển thị....báo tôi chưa tiêm mũi nào cả ??!! dù trước cập nhật app vẫn hiện đủ 3 mũi ?!

Download and open this app and Clash, i remove this app and re-download this app 6 times and still clash!! What is the point you create this app??

Cannot add Medical Declaration because the app doesn’t recognize US number tried many different ways and still problems. Now how to enter amazing and beautiful Vietnam using a broken mandatory app? How sad and frustrating 😐

Tiêm 4 mũi rồi nhưng mũi 4 thì thành mũi 3 mũi 3 thì chưa thấy cập Nhật gì cả😬😬

Whoever designed this app needs to go back to school. This app is useless and worthless as the developers.
Constantly crashes
Non-intuitive and constantly crashes. Poor instructions are difficult to follow. US phone numbers not acceptable in the app’s format field. Error messages displayed when attempting to upload scanned or photographed documents. Discouraging and disappointing for a mandatory requirement for entry into a lovely country.
