I am living in the south of France with cancer and have been totally impressed with this app and the attitude in hospitals concerning co-vid ,if I catch the illness it can be life threatening and so the info on the app and the fact it’s got a lot more info in the English language ( I’m still learning French) really helps me 😷👍🏼 thanks for the efforts !!

Le contact tracing ne fonctionne pas
La partie la plus utile de l’application du point de vue de la santé publique devrait être le contact tracing. Or ça ne marche absolument pas. Des proches ont été testés positifs au Covid et l’appli ne m’en a jamais avertie. J’ai signalé ce dysfonctionnement par téléphone et par mail et n’ai reçu que des réponses automatiques sans lien avec le problème. Nul.

Très désagréable surprise de voir que tous mes certificats de vaccination ont disparu après une mise à jour.
