I am living in the south of France with cancer and have been totally impressed with this app and the attitude in hospitals concerning co-vid ,if I catch the illness it can be life threatening and so the info on the app and the fact it’s got a lot more info in the English language ( I’m still learning French) really helps me 😷👍🏼 thanks for the efforts !!

Le contact tracing ne fonctionne pas
La partie la plus utile de l’application du point de vue de la santé publique devrait être le contact tracing. Or ça ne marche absolument pas. Des proches ont été testés positifs au Covid et l’appli ne m’en a jamais avertie. J’ai signalé ce dysfonctionnement par téléphone et par mail et n’ai reçu que des réponses automatiques sans lien avec le problème. Nul.

Très désagréable surprise de voir que tous mes certificats de vaccination ont disparu après une mise à jour.

Doesn’t recognise 3rd vaccine (“booster”)
Great and easy to use app. Thank you so much for making an English language version!
However, the app is wrongly mistakes EU certificates and makes 3rd vaccinations invalid. This is terrible!
I live in France but was vaccinated in Belgium, so I have 3 x EU vaccine certificates. The QR codes scan easily but the 3rd vaccine (the ‘booster’) is not recognised. The app makes a mistake and treats the 3rd vaccination as 2/2. It means in the app that I have two certificates named 2/2 and one certificate names 1/2.
As a consequence of the app not correctly recognising the Booster vaccination, the app thinks that my cover has expired.
This is a disaster!

Le drapeau ukrainien sur l’app anti Covid, il s’agirait de pas s’emmêler les pinceaux, autrement l’app est bien pour le suivi des infos liées au Covid

Restarting!!
I’m guessing it’s a reasonable app, but the requirement to continually stop and restart the app is almost as tedious as the continuous lockdowns associated with this illness. Can’t you get it to just run in background as it’s supposed to do?
It’s good but could improve
I am migrating from the German Version of CovPass and while I find the French app quite informative, useful and modern what it’s missing is the possibility to generate the original Certificate and export it as PDF directly from the App… that saves me a trip to the pharmacy or to the doc in case I need that paper.

Bien mais lassant
Le scénario catastrophe est intéressant bien que peu réaliste.
Intéressante simulation sociologique sur tout ce qu’on peut faire endurer comme supplices aux sims: distanciation, confinement, masques, vaccins, voyages annulés… et un générateur aléatoire de règles sanitaires complètement arbitraires et franchement loufoques.
Le virus est dur à éradiquer donc a la fin, ca tourne en rond et ca lasse, on lâche un peu prise et on perd le fil.
4 etoiles parce qu’on regrette l’absence de zombies, qui etait qd meme le strict minimum. (Mais j’ai entendu qu’il y aurait peut etre une suite)

Not made for expats
I’m French/American and go back to France quite a bit. Being able to add my American vaccination and/or testing status should be a must.

Absolutely essential app for tracking covid in France and storing your vaccination certificate.
Magnifique!
I am British, my wife is Austrian, our two children were born in Greece. As a result we have carefully monitored the various apps and communications about Covid in multiple countries. France scores a top hit! The information on anti Covid is clear, concise, easily understood, highly relevant, timely and all facts are justified. In addition to all that, it is available in English! Our family is tri lingual, but nothing beats the native tongue, especially when it comes to complex scientific detail. Congratulations France! You are the leader and at a cost a fraction of particularly the UK. Chapeau!!

Mes vaccins étrangers ont été convertis par le gouvernement français mais l’appli n’accepte pas le pdf qu’ils m’ont fourni ! Le code QR n’est pas au bon endroit lorsque j’importe le pdf.
No way to replace Pass Sanitaire
I have a new Pass Sanitaire that reflects that I have had the booster shot but there doesn’t seem to be any way to replace the old, now invalid, Pass Sanitaire that only indicates my first two shots.
Great app! Needs Apple Wallet integration
Great app! Well organized, convenient, easy to use. Would be great to have native Apple Wallet support to be able to pull certificate easily — please add!
