Avoid!
Hard to navigate site. Confusing installation. No confirmation it is working, no indication what it is doing. No telephone number for support, no chat, not even a bot. Communication is done through email like it is 1995.

I asked many months ago to cancel my subscription but they continue to charge me and I can’t delete the files because when I try I get a message saying it can’t be deleted because it is open in another file BIG RIP OFF!!!!

There is no way to see what it does or any action it is taking on your phone. Download the VPN at least you can get a better description of what it’s doing for protecting your connection.
Very disappointed with this product. Advise to look elsewhere.

Downloaded the app from pc Matic, opened the app and all l can do is block content. Is it supposed to scan the phone? Does it look for malwear?

Lousy program
As one poster already said, there’s no to know in its working or not. It slows down computer and disrupts other programs and causes your computer to boot up really slow.

PC Matic Does not work well with Macs
I downloaded it to my computer, and phone. I scan the computer all night. The next morning, I wanted to see the scan report, but it was not ready. I tried to login to the web portal several times and I was denied each time. I contacted tech support on line because there’s no phone number you can call, I waited over 24 hours for a response. I sent a message letting them know I waited over 24 hours for a response. I received an email letting me know that my money will be refunded. That was the only good thing from customer service.

Terrible App
There is no way to change which phone or tablet is being screened. It’s very unfriendly to use and you need some serious help on making this more user friendly! I had contact support 3xs to get a problem explained on my laptop. Very unhappy and I have no idea if anything is running or not!

Made for MSP not consumers
I think for now this app is really useful to the MSP’s as we are able to get real time alerts from our customers device to the PCM app. Yes, it still need some work but I like it, also the content filtering works well like the PCM desktop version.
Again, this feels geared towards MSP’s so maybe things will change in the app to help consumers get more for their buck…

Android Comprehensive
Just switched to iPhone, app is not what a computer or android provided. So disappointed. My yearly renewal expires in May. I’ll use it only for my computer. There is where it’s effective.
Doesn’t work
This doesn’t work for our iPhones wasted time downloading and then haven’t to delete because email I got from pc matic said doesn’t work for iPhones

I paid the 50 bucks and created an account Did not like it They refunded my money and told me that my account had expired but they will not completely delete my account I can still log into my account and use the filters in the app and so why are they not deleting my info completely ?! I will take down this review when when my account has been successfully deleted

What exactly is this App supposed to do ? So far I’m not impressed.

There is absolutely nothing to tell you this is doing anything especially on an iPhone unlike your computer scan and this costs just as much money. Hmmm…..
