AwaIting Improvements
The app is handy for sure even without being a mobile deposit option, which is inconvenient since I don’t live near a physical branch. I use it only to monitor an additional account I have for savings via direct deposit, but it seems to clear my password and username every time I log back in, no matter how many times I request it remembers my information. Eventually I get locked out of my own account, and have to call to get it reset. I wish this was a one time occurrence, but it seems to happen almost quarterly. It’s quite frustrating.

Some issues
Issues:
•The app on the phone will occasionally log you out and delete biometrics.
• Another issue is that the apple watch app doesn’t work very well on a series 4. The app will hang and not show accurate and up-to-date information about the account that you selected for quick view.
On the positive side, however,
• The user interface is clean and fairly easy to navigate.
• The Phone app gives accurate information, and it has been up-to-date for me.
I will update if there are any other things that I encounter.

The reason for the low rating is because you can only transfer out of a savings a few times a month and then they start charging a $2.00 fee for each one after that. It’s my money, I should be able to move it around whenever I want as I see fit.
Password
A warning that the password will expire or a prompt to change it would be nice.....the just all of a sudden not being able to log in is annoying
Great App
Works really well. Be nice if we could pull money off a credit card or another atm card ; to transfer to our PCCU account....or transfer from another bank account.
I like the app pretty well
It is fairly easy to use. I here was a place where you could transfer between banks. Don’t see it anymore. Bad thing about it was it took a Kong time to transfer.

Password reenter frequently
Even with the new app I have to reenter my password 2-3 times a week. Such a pain!

I hate this app! I have to call and speak to someone every 2 months at my bank for it to work. So what's the point of an app when I have to call them anyway?
