This new app will not allow me to use it, it keeps saying I need an iPhone 17 or newer. Completely garbage!

Manage account from your phone
This app lets me do basic bank business from my phone. I’d love to be able to order a replacement card with out having to call the credit union, or see more detailed transactions on my credit card, but this app takes care of almost all other business.
Electronic services
I don’t know if anyone else is have their mobile deposits delayed because someone in that department is not authorizing the funds in a timely manner even when you “submit “ your deposit hours before closing
Garbage app, worse management
This app rarely works correctly. Can’t deposit a simple check — and there’s not a single thing I can do about it.

Love the new updated app design. Has a nice UI and is smooth. No issues so far
New app
The new app is a complete disaster. Been trying to make my truck payment for over a week, call the number listed for assistance, and they are just as lame. Second month in a row dealing with this. Last month I made my payment and for some unknown reason it posted eleven days later. I found out when I got a letter in the mail stating they were going to report it to the credit bureau. I called and argued with the representative , even gave her my confirmation number. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Looks like I have to find a local branch, and go in and make my payment, If they accept it. I can’t wait to switch to another institution that cares about there customers. This Credit Union used to be great, I now rate it as a zero, a big zero!,

It’s 2024 and PCFCU can’t figure out how to make an app. About 80% of the times I log in I can’t see current balance and everything fails to load.
Much Better
Wow!! It’s about time they did away with the old app. This one is much user friendly, much cleaner look. Love the fact that everything is at your fingertips.

There new app is a disaster. I deleted the old app from my phone and went to install the new one . It doesn’t show up on the phone . Now I have to repeatedly go to the App Store to open it . This is totally unacceptable.
