You’re app is not working 2:20pm, 2/11/2026

When trying to log into the app the password takes you right back to the screen to enter your username again. It’s been like this all morning. The desktop is working fine…it’s not a password issue.

Coin designation

Trying to get customer service to change a coin designation but unable to contact through email or they just don’t respond. Very frustrating.

Charging members extra fee and no allowing members to speak to a manager

Is the app down?

The app had been working fine and was very easy to use. As of today, it is failing. Has had me login several times and when I try to click on my orders, it says there is a fetch error. Does anyone know about this?
