Apllication is trash
I’ve had this application and since day one it’s been issues. I’ve sent emails and screen shots to PCGS and no response. The text in the app is bolded all highlighted and information is slow. Also I’m new to PCGS so I used vouchers on an order I sent in 4/4/26 and still can’t view what grades I’m getting on my lot. Poor customer service and basic default app. Poor quality overall.

App does not work
Since the latest update my app does not work. Large portions of the app are blank, the colors are making words hard to see, and it does not load properly.
Way too many bugs
Shows wrong account expiration date and wrong number of vouchers. Also takes long to load.
Not what I expected
Trying to get a refund on the trial basis is very difficult as they attempt to sell it other apps.

I sent in a 1913 type two nickel and it came back graded a 64 and I have photos of a 66 that look worse than mine

When trying to log into the app the password takes you right back to the screen to enter your username again. It’s been like this all morning. The desktop is working fine…it’s not a password issue.
Coin designation
Trying to get customer service to change a coin designation but unable to contact through email or they just don’t respond. Very frustrating.

Is the app down?
The app had been working fine and was very easy to use. As of today, it is failing. Has had me login several times and when I try to click on my orders, it says there is a fetch error. Does anyone know about this?
Buggy App, But I Guess It Does The Trick?
Ever since the last update, this app is super buggy.
For one, every time I try to open the app it will make me log in. Even if I just go to a different screen and come back, it will make me log in again.
Second, when I click on any of my orders, it will say “Error: Unable to fetch order details” and then the app will close itself.
Just use their website. This app is a waste of time.

This app is PSA not PCGS
I created an account online to download this app and it keeps taking me to PSA for trading cards and not PCGS for trading and submitting coins. The website works but still it groups PSA and PCGS. Very frustrating!!

New to collecting
The grading service is actually awesome although the paperwork could seriously be shortened.
I question some of my coins after grade but I’m not the professional. Coins I thought were great in appearance turn out to be dipped or scrubbed. I’ve figured out scrubbed coins but dipping always gets by me. I just don’t see it :(
I’m personally very happy with their service.

Change needed
PCGS is the leading 3rd party grader. However, they have not changed their labeling in over 20 years. There’s no true style anymore same old same old I mean we’re in 2025 and we’re acting like 1986.
Frustrating!!!
I can not log into my acct now that the new upgrade has come out. I have called and called but no one can fix this. Meanwhile I have coins being graded there and no way to check on them. I have never had this problem before… but something is wrong and I can’t get anyone to help me. It has been over 10 days…..😣

Great customer service - app is arcane…
PCGS is a fantastic service! The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The app falls way short and is more than slightly difficult to update one account. The web page is better, however doesn’t keep the updated payment information.. Very frustrating…
