This app work with a lot of issue
Landscape Mode
This is an app that the carrier I pull (Only 50 trucks) for uses to obviously dispatch loads. I (The driver) use this app on the daily and would really enjoy the option of (Landscape mode) on my iPad. My iPad is also used as my ELD and that works fine in landscape mode. When I use pcs, I have to take out of the holder and flip right side up. Which is indicative to this app being used on a cell phone or some other small screen device. The point of having a hands free device holders mounted to the the dashboard of the truck is to be hands free and just tap and go. By not having this as an option to the drivers is safety counterproductive.

What’s happened?
This use to be smooth. For a while now my load’s disappear and I need to call in and have them reloaded. Now the update the icons don’t fit on the screen correctly and the text is a light color you can’t read.
Very clunky
Recommend to have a search bar so that we can look up loads/containers instead of having to click through each one/ save time+convenient.
Also recommend that older dispatches do not erase, but keep them until image has been uploaded.

This app was working pretty well till a month or so ago. In app on my phone I was able to upload pictures and I could update and send my arrival/departure times. After the last update or maybe a couple updates ago I’m no longer able to update my arrival/departure times. What’s up with that and will there be an update anytime soon to fix that issue so I can go back to doing that on my phone again… I can still upload pictures just unable to update my times….

Another update another disaster!! If a driver for gets to arrive or depart we can’t use actual time we arrive or depart we must use current time!! What a night nightmare for detention

The worst App
This is the worst app I ever see. My Despatch send info through PCS... I accept the reservation and all the info are gone... to get the info I need to logout and them login but the info go to history no to Despatch, I can”t put my self arriving at shipping or depart from shipping because info never go to Dispatch section.
Only 3 load work in PCS the other 6 load never go through PCS.

Update I’ve been waiting for
I’m impressed with the new update of Mobile Express. The look and ease is so much better. I’m ready to try the mobile dispatching.
New update and features are top notch!
I love the new look and ease of this app. The ability to dispatch on the go from my iPhone is what I’ve been waiting for. Way to get it done PCS.

Get rid of map
The “map” with mileage at the top is incorrect, has inaccurate mileage, and covers most of the screen. Get rid of it!
Best TMS hands down
In my position, I’ve tested, trialed and used a large variety of Trucking Management Software. Any TMS that seems remotely acceptable for a full fleet, complete functionality system, is priced beyond reason. PCS is the Diamond in the rough. They are robustly active in the Tech community, Constantly taking customers advice and feedback to make updates. Unlike majority of TMS; create a good product and expect it to make them rich for life, no additions, no support, no nothing.
PCS takes care of all of that. I’ve had to train a lot of drivers on different Mobile Apps, PCS is by far the easiest, most understandable and simplest app for drivers there is, while still covering all the important needs of a TMS driver app. Always going to be the best option at the best price!
