Too many changes
I keep trying to check my bank balance but with them constantly changing the app I keep having to figure out what my username is.

Southport Branch Review
We have been members for awhile now & have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the Southport Branch. All of their staff members are amazing, always helpful & pleasant to deal with. Special shoutout to Sarah Adkison for all of her extra attention to detail!
Failure
The previous version of the app was working perfect but since the major upgrade happened back in November. The app takes forever to update accounts always errors. Bank balance sometimes does not show until a few hours or I have delete the app and reinstall it.
Cats review
This credit union has helped me when I have had fraudulent transactions over and over and I appreciate them being here.
App doesn’t work
I am very frustrated with the app. I installed the app to keep a check on my credit card transactions & specifically for a refund that I was supposed to receive. I contacted the PCU and spoke to a representative and I thought the system had started working. I checked tonight and again the credit card is showing no transactions. Very disappointed.
