Unable to Renew Subscription through Apple
Like the magazine, but the app is horrible. Recently noticed that my subscription expired and the app gives no option to renew through the apple App Store. AI help on google states that you now must create an account and sign up that way. That is exactly what I liked about using apple, no separate account to deal with. If I can’t manage it through my apple account, I will no longer subscribe.

Improved Performance
With new upgrade not experiencing random app closure as in the past. Easy to use - reading PCWORLD is fun again!
My library gone
This update wiped out my old issues. Did what the support recommend but old issues are not returned.
Awful
This is one of the worst apps ever released. Plus, when it gets updated, all the saved issues have to be downloaded again. Non-existent customer support doesn't make it any easier.
App is extremely bad
Crashes constantly after one to two minutes on my iPad Pro. Didn’t do that years ago. I love the articles and the up to date reviews however jumping out every 90 secs and crashing is too much to read the articles. I agree with the others FIX/REVISE/RE-CODE THE APP NOW. You risk losing all of us subscribers.

Disappointed
App crashes all the time. It never remembers where you left off. Why would you move away from paper if you can’t do an app right? I cancelled my subscription once before. I was hoping they’d fixed it by now. Guess not!

Crashes continuously. Can’t read for more than a minute or two before crashing. Won’t hold your place unless you bookmark it. Loved the magazine, but hate the app.
Terrible app
Constant freezing. Had to reopen the app 9 times while trying to read the March issue. Same freezing trying to read the April issue. So frustrated I just closed the app without reading the whole issue. Nothing but trouble with this app. Makes me want to cancel my subscription. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Almost unusable
Last issue (March 2019) locks up the iPad every 5 minutes. Almost unusable. No updates for 7 months and problems are needed to be fixed. Email only got auto response that it was received.

Good content like we love so much but the app crash every 3-4 min for no apparent reason. Just scrolling while reading and pow! the app is close, start reading process from scratch...
Crashes while reading, loses position
The app consistently crashes within a minute or two even without touching my iPad (running iOS 12.1.4). This can happen several times while reading a single article and it is even more annoying that the app does not remember where you were so you start back at the front cover.
It is also annoying to be asked if you want to restore purchases every time you start the app.
I would expect a much better experience from a computer magazine.

Unfailingly Bad
This app has never worked well. It frequently blocks me from getting access to the issues, necessitating a call to their tech people to restore them. Looks like I'm done with PC World, and will be cancelling my subscription.
Awful. Just awful.
I was an avid reader of the print magazine, but ever since it went digital it has been frustrating and infuriating. This app is even harder to navigate than some of the ZINIO predecessors, plus it never remembers my subscription, loses previously downloaded issues so they can’t be read offline. Altogether awful.
You’d think the digital version - now the Only. version - of a computer magazine would be the best of the best, nut this sure isn’t. I’ll miss the content, but Unless it gets a lot better fast, it just isn’t worth renewing.
