I've paid for the premium version and the GPS puts my location in the middle of the Ocean all the time. This doesn't work so look for other traffic Apps.

User Interface
Aside from the user interface and lack of support screen usage wise above an iPhone 4s, having independent control of map source server and route information from different providers is incredible.
If the developer would maintain the application better, this would be an outstanding app!

This version is not compatible with ios 8, i can't zoom and pan the map any more, please fix it ASAP

Good app for offline maps but not for navigation
Offline maps are a great feature. Now come the "but"s. First, it's not optimized for retina on iPad 4. Tiny letters are just impossible to read. It needs to have x2 or even x4 zoom in the options or something.
Second, it doesn't create routes any more (Google is set as route provider). Interfaces must have changed. This app needs upgrade!

No search
Useless
The term is crippleware
Despit somewhat erratic operation, it mosyly does what needs to be done. Then after a few days test driving, a window pops up informing me that only premium users are allowed to view traffic data. If you need traffic data on the cheap, this app isn't it.
Too small to read
The retina display "upgrade", made the text too small to read in iPad. The setting section should allow user to change the text size. As a premium user, I'm very dissatisfied with version 3.10.
In addition to that, up until today, I still couldn't get the 3D function to work correctly, when will the 3D function be fixed?
Last but not least, this app failed to find location of places very often. If you can't search for a map, it's useless.

Where is the simple Google Maps for iPhone?
This is a sorry app that doesn't deserve a star. Using it is like trying to use a dinosaur. It's as intuitive as the original WIndows was or the new one is. Such apps shouldn''t be allowed.
Good app for traffic conditions
Not sure why people are bagging it but I live in Melbourne (aust) and the app is using Google Maps. Its free. I don't use it for navigation purposes I use the google maps app for that. This app I use for traffic conditions. It took me ages to actually try it but when I did I was surprised with its accuracy. It's spot on. I would say the results would vary depending on how and where the traffic info is being sourced from, but in Melbourne's case the source is top notch and the app works. I frequently use it to check traffic conditions and its always on the money. Great app!

I like it
The maps are clear and easy to use. The whole world is available in several map formats. I think it will be very helpful on my next trip to Europe so I only have to take my iPad mini instead of lots of paper maps. I hit the $ to see what it was and was given several opportunities to cancel. I wasn't charged. Although I think may go ahead and pay the $2.99 so I can try out the offline feature.

This app is a scam
This app should not be used. It is a rip-off. It begs for $2.99 when you hit the $ button. If you hit "No" it charges you anyway. This app should be taken off the App Store.
