Poor customer service

I have had this app for quite some time now, but like many others lately it has been more of a headache than anything. At first would not scan, kept asking me to sign up when i had the account for a long time and payments are always done automatically. Sent a help request but no one responded. Or it does not email my files neither, guess it is time to pay for something that works.

Title says it. I got a 7 day free trial and they charged my card immediately for a month’s subscription.
