Worked great until it came time to save the document, would be nice to know this requires a subscription.
Do not recommend this app
I first tried to edit a pdf on safari, and when I went to download my PDF, I was prompted to create an account and trial the subscription for “free”. I was then charged $10 to my account. Not only that, I lost the original PDF completely. I retried the whole process with the same outcome, lost the PDF. I then downloaded the app, same issue when trying to save. The app then decided to crash and every time I tried to use it, it came up with an error. Will be doing a chargeback with my bank.

Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!
The app is well designed, easy to use, and worked perfectly for what I needed. I just did not have an ongoing use for it.
I accidentally missed the end of my free trial and was charged for the annual plan. Bogs and Sally were both understanding and helped me resolve the issue with a full refund! They didn’t have to do that and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service!

Unauthorized use of CC info
This service was fine when I needed it. When I no longer needed it, I decided to let the subscription lapse on the card that was being used— a card that was no longer valid. They tried to re-subscribe me. I left it alone because without a valid card to subscribe to, the subscription lapses, right? No. I don’t know how, but they hunted down my updated card information to renew the subscription, because I never once made that information available to them by my own choice. Extremely untrustworthy and unsettling; the service is fine but I will never trust them again.

Garbage Money Scheme
They offer to help you fill out a form and then there is a subscription paywall to access your own documents. And it’s $100 a year, who is buying that? The price point alone is insane.

Filled out form just to find out you have to sign up for a “free trial”. Shady af!!! Why would I trust they won’t charge after that. Based off the reviews it’s not a free trial.
Latest Update
The latest update broke a lot of functionality on desktop. I am confident they will get it working, because this happened a couple of years ago and they resolved it. I will update my review once it’s fixed, because when it’s working, it’s a wonderful tool for my business. Please fix this soon!! I should add- Customer service has been responsive and helpful, as always.

Absolute mess
More bugs than working functions. Space bar randomly turns into a tab bar. Boxes overlay and won’t lock to line up. No grid functions. Worst of all, I could muddle through all of that. It would take years off my life and cost all of my patience, but I could. What I cannot handle, is that after doing my best to work around a system so buggy it puts the Amazon rainforest to shame, it saves/shares a garbled version of what you made. Absolute trash, and they have the nerve to charge $100 a year for it. Literally the worst use of my money, and I have bought things that would put a 5 year old with a credit card to shame.

I’ve been a customer of PDF filler for as long as I can remember I guess since they started I couldn’t be with it at it. It’s better than Adobe and half the price or a third of the price. If you don’t have PDF filler you need to get it that’s all I can say.

I opted out of a free trial that was only a month long that I opted out before the month ended only to get charged $105 even after cancelling beforehand. Scam website, shady business. Dispute with your bank to get your money back, do not trust.

Don’t do it
It looks good but performs terribly. Lots of issues and dead ends that you have to be super smart to work around. Even hard to cancel free trial. On the verge of a scam
Website is good, app is useless
I’ve been a paid user for a few years. The website and storage is very useful. The app doesn’t even log in and performs no functions that the website does. That part is disappointing. I’d probably do best getting a home phone line and a fax machine.

I’ve explained to this company I am a full time student and self represented litigant an they continue to charge me 50 dollars Aud a month while dropping me add about signing up to a one year subscription I cannot afford as I am on full time government pension called study allowance making 903/fortnight
This single software subscription costs more than my health insurance
They refuse to engage in dialogue about reasonable pricing structure given my situation

Dangerous for your bank account
This app tries extracting 173,80 dollars from your account even though I have have canceled the free trial (it never even showed on my apple subscriptions in the App Store), if you have this app, I recommend to delete your account right away to cancel everything and if you already got your money taken, contact their support asap and do not hesitate to take this into legal action.

Maybe a did tax forms, or a medical/insurance form with us? (These are the most common use cases).
