Hello PDQ Chicken Rewards Team,
First, I want to say that I genuinely enjoy PDQ and appreciate being part of the Rewards program. However, I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding the birthday reward.
Receiving only 10% off for a birthday feels underwhelming and doesn't make customers feel particularly celebrated. Many restaurants and loyalty programs offer a complimentary entrée, sandwich, dessert, or even a free meal on a member's birthday. Those types of rewards create excitement, strengthen customer loyalty, and encourage people to choose your restaurant to celebrate their special day.
A 10% discount is something that could be offered through regular promotions throughout the year, so it doesn't feel unique or memorable as a birthday reward. Since birthdays only come once a year, it would be great to see PDQ offer something more meaningful, such as a free sandwich of the customer's choice, a complimentary meal, or another exclusive birthday reward.
I hope you'll consider revisiting this benefit. I believe enhancing the birthday reward would not only make loyal customers feel more appreciated but also encourage more people to visit PDQ on their birthdays and continue supporting your brand.

The app let me place an order at a store that was closed. Took my money and then gives no way to get it refunded.

Have visited PDQ in Tampa, Brandon and Lakeland. Never disappoints. Chicken tenders or nuggets always hot & fresh. Staff always friendly. Great rewards for members.
I love PDQ
Good food, fresh and tasty. Very kind staff. If I order in person, the staff has noticed that I am handicapped and they bring my food to the table. The broccoli side at PDQ is delicious, a favorite of mine. So is the Mediterranean salad. Their reward system is good too! Thankful we have PDQ in our town

I loved my experience at your Jax location off of Hodges. Makayla and Briana had phenomenal customer service and when I mistakenly placed my order for an hour later than my arrival, they used my
Confirmation email to verify my order and instead of making we wait the hour they happily went ahead and prepared my order for me. Really happy I decided to stop in, and will definitely be frequenting more often.

PDQ Quality and Style
There are loads of great chicken-based fast food restaurants, and they are all good with what they do, so I like to highlight what makes the different.
PDQ has two things that stand out to me. Their homemade sauces are incredible. They have unique flavors that other restaurants don’t have, which sets them apart. The other big win is their waffle fries. They are cooked longer than other restaurants so they are always crispy fries. In addition they have zucchini and sweet potato fries, which is a nice difference from other restaurants.
The app helps me with quick ordering and a rewards program that keeps me coming back.

Best Chicken Sandwich
I love Pdq! They have the best chicken sandwich hands down. Better than every other chicken place! The Buffy blue is my favorite sauce but all the others are just as delicious. Everything is always made fresh and I love the app! So easy to use. I wish you could earn points faster and the rewards weren’t that many points but besides that I love this place!

I love PDQ’s food! Their honey butter chicken sandwich is delicious. The PDQ salad is a common go too! It’s a large salad with plenty of chicken! Then for a dessert option the shakes are a really good choice!

Tyler M. At this location is great. He was very helpful and patient when we started our order. He even came over to our table to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back to PDQ Seminole because of him.

App completely unusable
Keep getting “Paytronix Error 4,” even after deleting and reinstalling. Cannot log in, order, or access my reward points. PDQ has generous rewards and great food, but their app is not very intuitive. Not sure how to fix this or where to go from here. 3,000 points and counting that I do not want to go to waste.
