App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work I went to the restaurant. They told me that they don’t do anything with the rewards. They have no idea how the system works and they can’t help you with anything. They told me they would forward my information somewhere because I have a reward that I want to redeem, but the app is not allowing it. It also hasn’t allowed me to make a purchase. Not sure how it’s getting the same reviews two years later it seems like it would’ve been fixed by now. 🤷🏽♀️

Bad experience with app
Good design but some locations will not hand out the welcome cobbler
Clunky
I love the cobbler here, and ordering itself is easy to do on the app. However, redeeming points or even the welcome cobbler (which I’ve still been unable to use) is extremely convoluted and difficult to the point where management has just gifted me a cobbler as they couldn’t figure out how to use my redeemed rewards either.

When checking out it Loops♾️ itself refreshing, I’ll give it 5 stars once that’s fixed, other then that it’s great & love the rewards system 🔥‼️

Not working
I’ve had the app installed for 2-3 months and it still isn’t working. I want to delete my account but there’s not an option to do that.
Unable to Redeem Rewards
It will not let me redeem the rewards that are on my account and it gives me no explanation as to why. There’s also no way to redeem them unless I order off the app.
Can never redeem offers
This is my second time trying to redeem something off of the app. It just doesn’t work. The right item is in the cart but still nothing. You can only redeem stuff off the app so you can’t even use it in the store.

Good but not worth the stress
If I could give this a zero rating I would. Tried the restaurant before downloading the app it was good and then downloaded the app and got the coupon for a free item. Couldn’t even use the coupon before it expired because they don’t have the two closer locations in the app yet. I have to kids under the age said five and can’t just get up and leave . Tried taking the coupon in store but they said they couldn’t honor it and to wait until the app updated. It’s been over a month and still no update for our locations. My coupon expired before I had a chance to use it. So I will not bother trying to shop here since they can’t get the basics down with electronics.
