OK, but not great.
It is cumbersome to change between “profiles” or accounts. Too much clutter when I open the app. Once I’m in, and remember where features are, I can do what I need to do.

The Peapack app is really easy and actually fun to use. Very user friendly and safe!
Overrated - use SoFi instead.
I have been an account holder since 2007. Recently they made changes and have increased minimum balance requirements on their basic accounts while offering 0 benefits. First there was a minimum standing balance of $3,000 to avoid fees. I am now told it is $20,000. Keep in mind you get 0 additional benefit or any real interest while maintaining this balance.
PPG used to be good as a local bank but they’re charging credit level card fees for no reward.
I suggest users find a different bank such as SoFi that offers a more robust app experience.

Depositing a check should not be so hard. I have 3 other accounts that have not rejected my handwriting.

I have had PG Mobile Deposit from the start. Each supposed update/improvement is worse than the next. To get the software to accept a picture seems to be getting more and more difficult.
