Great Start
Great start as we enter the government realm of providing digital services. People need to stop criticizing and realize this is a start and hope in the future the buildout would include acknowledgement, tracking, tagging of issues and completed projects. Patience, patience, patience
Disappointing
A tool for reporting, but completely useless for actually getting things fixed. Right now, it just feels like an exercise in frustration. Until the relevant authorities actually start addressing the reports submitted here, it’s just taking up space on my phone.
