Podz: Family & Group Organizer

Organize the school year. Plan something to look forward to. This major update helps families and groups bring more of their schedules into one shared pod — including device calendars, school calendars, sports schedules, TeamSnap teams, ICS subscriptions, calendar invites, birthdays, meal plans, trips, to-dos and more. **Automatic Calendar Sync** Podz can now automatically sync with your local device calendars. Choose which calendars to include, which pod members to update, how far back and ahead to sync, and how often Podz should check for updates. Sync can run in the background, at app startup, or anytime you choose. **ICS Calendar Support** Add any ICS subscription URL and keep it synced on your schedule — hourly, daily or at another frequency. You can also import downloaded ICS files from schools, teams, events or other sites that provide calendar files but not subscription links. **Open Calendar Invites in Podz** When you receive an ICS calendar invite or attachment by email or another app, Podz can now appear as an option to add that appointment directly into your pod. **TeamSnap Integration** Connect TeamSnap to Podz, link multiple teams to the right family members, and bring practices and games into your shared calendar. You can even set your or your child’s attendance in Podz, and Podz will update TeamSnap so the coach can see who is coming. **More on Snapshot** Meal plans now appear on Snapshot, making it easier to see what’s for dinner. Birthdays for pod members and contacts now appear on Snapshot too, so important days are easier to remember. This update also includes improvements to recipe entry, plus additional performance improvements, bug fixes and security enhancements.
