The Idea is great, the implementation lacks practical usefulness.
I tried Podz to keep the family abreast of activities that affect us all, to put visibility on when we are all available, when vehicles are needed for specific events or activities and for home events such as tradies and repair work etc were happening. I found some basic things really annoying. Synchronising Calendars creating duplicate events - stuff like that. I may try again down the track, but for now, it does not do the job I need.

Why is it so hard to set the time of an appointment? Like I set it at a time I want it to be… And for whatever reason it’s setting it up for a whatever timezone. Like WHY???
Moving trips between Podz
Please consider allowing an option to copy / move trips between Podz in future releases
Not quite there yet
The app shows promise, but it clearly needs more work. It doesn’t function well, and the overall experience isn’t smooth or seamless. It actually crashed while I was still creating my profile, which was frustrating and disappointing for a first impression. Right now the app feels rough around the edges and unfinished. Fix the stability issues and refine the user experience, and it could become something great—but at the moment, it’s not quite there yet.

Amazing App!
This app is amazing! We use it for everything, and just used the new trip planner for our Park City trip. It was so easy to keep everything organized, and then made a great shared photo gallery at the end!

Date format
I deleted it because I was unable to change the date setting. The setting on the app is American. We use the format day/month/ year.

I have been using the PODZ organizer since spring of 2025. It’s been used to keep my Client schedule and family schedule organized and synchronized. Each update improves the functionality. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out about recurring appointments and how to manage them and received a personal contact from the creator of this gem. My request was already in motion and he advised when the update to the app could be expected. That’s great Client service.
