I like it, got me through ap bio, ap psych, and now it’s getting me through anatomy and physiology 🧠
Useless for hw just the book
Worse than the browser version that crashes, zooms randomly, and won’t let you type.
Best Learning App
It’s truly the best self learning app I have ever used. The videos and how courses are structured are really fantastic. I used it for my online College Algebra course and passed with an A. Now I’m currently using it Calculus I and General Chemistry.

the website is awful and so is this app. buggy for no reason and even if you actually do an assignment, it will still show up as 0%. really wished instructors and the institutions had better alternatives. this is ridiculous
Enjoy being a student again
After being away from college for 20 years this company has made it easier to feel comfortable being a student again. This is by far the best publisher out there
Audiobook issues
The audiobook doesn’t always work. Had to chat with customer service and escalate my case.
If you are a chemistry teacher thinking about using this app, think again.
I have to use Pearson’s Chemistry: A Molecule Approach, 6e for my chemistry and AP chemistry class in school. This book has been nothing but a pain for me to use. Many of the answers in the book are blatantly incorrect and make no sense and to get the practice problem answers you have to scroll all the way to the chapter you are on in the answer key. The app has an option to bookmark the page you are on which I thought would be very helpful until I realized that this god forsaken app recognizes the multi page long answer key as a singular page meaning that when you book mark it it just returns to the very start of the answer key. The way it explains chemistry is so confusing and makes no sense even when it is just explaining a very simple concept. The entire book feels like it was made lizard people or AI. I have no idea if other books on this app are similar however clearly there was no thought put into these books and considering how expensive they are to rent or buy I would highly not recommend.

Highlight function is bad
This is such a glitchy app :( the highlight function almost never works. How can you have an online textbook app that doesn’t function for highlighting?? That’s like the most basic thing to be able to do in a textbook. The other functions are nice but when the basics don’t work, it kinda lessens the other aspects. I hope Pearson can get this fixed as more and more students/institutions move towards ebooks

Why so large app f 400 mb
The app size is horrible for the little feature they have.
Nice but pricey
The app works very well and keeps all my books organized, but the subscriptions are not my favorite. If someone buys a book, rather than renting, I believe they should have access perpetually.
App crash
App crashes whenever I try to launch it.
Pearson+ is great
I love Pearson+, especially being able to listen to my textbooks via audiobook!
App doesn’t load textbook
Read the wonderful reviews and was excited to use the app to read and study while away from home but every-time I open book in the app it freezes then closes the app after several minutes. I deleted and redownloaded and same issue.
Useless for Math
This app is not rendering the math equations and just showing the latex code. The help and support is useless and the chatbot just keeps forcing the same options even though they don’t answer the question. Completely useless. This makes this app completely useless.
Can’t even read my textbook…
It keeps telling me I’m logged into another iPhone, I don’t have another iPhone, I just barely made my account for one textbook for one class, and I can’t even access it on the app. I have to open up a browser window and use that instead cause the app doesn’t work, no point to the app
Limit 2 electronics at a time
You can only open the ebook for 2 electronics at a time. After that you have to request a code. I have multiple devices so it’s annoying that I have to request a code every time I switch devices.
Book won’t open
This is my first day of my fall semester of college. I downloaded this app to be able to review my digital book. However, the book will not populate. I think the book might have populated one time, but since then I have logged out and logged back in as well as deleted the app and re-downloaded the app however, my book will not populate whenever I click open book. This is such an inconvenience.

Great program
It’s very precise and gets straight to the point, taking everything one step at a time. If my child doesn’t understand the lesson, it gives her some extra problems to practice. And if she’s still struggling, it actually shows her step-by-step how to solve the problem. I really love that part—it’s been awesome! 😊
