Has problems
Installed the application and ran into a several problems during first ten minutes :( My main aim was to repeat the material we had studied on an English course with a book Roadmap B2 (the book is really great by the way). It appeared all the tasks that involved playing sound just didn’t work :( The sound wasn’t played automatically and there was no button to start playing it :(
And a smaller issue: if I used a QR-code from my B2 book to unlock the functionality, why wasn’t the material for the book showed me at the very beginning? It was a little bit irritating to search for the book inside other materials after I’d scanned the code.

The access code was correct but always shows error. The message was ‘Something went wrong.’ For gods sake, we deserve what we paid for. I believe the content is also part of our purchase. Plz fix it ASAP.

Access codes don’t work and no customer support
I’ve have been taking Adult English classes and they require Pearson books, which should be give access codes/QR codes so I can use the app. No matter how many times I enter the access code and scan the QR, it never unlocks the content I paid for and there is no customer service help. Huge waste of time.

這App真的讓人哭笑不得，密碼反覆檢查沒錯，網路也順暢，可每次按下登入，迎接我的永遠是冷冷的一句「Something went wrong」。到底是哪裡出了問題？為什麼不多給點提示？有時候連重啟手機都沒用，感覺開發團隊自己都不知道發生什麼事。用個App得這麼勞心勞力，還不如直接不用。 This app is honestly ridiculous. I’ve double-checked my password again and again, the internet connection is perfectly fine, but every time I hit the login button, I’m greeted with the same cold message: “Something went wrong.” What exactly went wrong? Why not give a little more detail? Sometimes even restarting the phone doesn’t help — it feels like even the developers themselves don’t know what’s happening. Using this app is such a hassle, it’s honestly better to just not use it at all.

Got my units LOCKED!
I was in the middle of class trying to play a StartUp listening from this app and suddenly my units were locked. I tried to use my code again and it didn’t work. It’s so annoying how bad this app works.
Access code
I've entered the code several times and it tells me there's an error! I bought this because it was supposed to, but the app is really bad and support just tells you to wait for it to update.
I CANT UNLOCK THE CONTENT
I’m currently using a c1 Formula book, that came with the code for the app, firstly I entered it in but asked me to log in, afterwards, It would keep saying ERROR after even trying to scan the QR
