The Pebble is back and better than ever! The Apple Watch is capable but does not bring me the joy that Pebble always has. The new time 2 with this app works flawlessly and I could not be happier. Flawless and expert execution by the Pebble team! And now I have an amazing fun watch back on my wrist that holds a charge for days and days. Rock on Pebble!!!!

New life for a Steel 401b
Works very well with my Pebble Steel 401b. Even did a reflash from firmware recovery mode.

You see my Pebble Time worked until they pushed a update out, and after that update my pebble kept going into recovery mode randomly, and right now my Pebble’s been tryying to connect for abput 15 minutes

No connection to Pebble Classic from iOS
2 stars for effort. Won’t connect to Pebble Classic. Tried the troubleshooting steps with no success. Love my old Pebble, but will have to do as a timekeeper and conversation piece for now.

App crashing
Current version of the app (1.0.6.9) crashes at launch on my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS version 17.7.2). The Pebble Core app did previously work on this device/iOS version, so I’m assuming a recent app update broke support for pre-iOS 18 versions? Not sure, but it’s made the app unusable for me. It immediately crashes during the app launch and bounces me back to my Home Screen each time. I’ve had to sideload the old Pebble app in the meantime so I can continue using my older watches ):

It’s good that pebble is back, and it’s nice to see that it still support classic pebble watches.
Everything works as expected, including the annoying iOS limitations. Not a Pebble problem but an Apple one. If I had a complaint, it’s the mandatory use of an account to get updates. But considering everything else, it’s just nice to have the old girl back in my wrist.

YES!!!
Finally!! I can use my Pebble Time again! 😺😹 So far, the app works great, even the weather (which I never got to work with older Pebble apps). If you have a wodking older Pebble, get this app.

Need a Google, Facebook or GitHub account to register a new account. Where is the standard register with email option?
