The app is horrible!
Several issues: 1) I change the settings like dim brightness or dim timeout and after a few seconds they reset to defaults. 2) Idle timeout limited to 60 mins max! the stupiest decision ever made. They should fire their product manager. What is the point to have an hw keyboard if after each hour of not using it / the phone you have to turn the hw keyboard manually and wait for it to connect like 15 seconds each time.

App is buggy
I would normally give a 1 star for an app as buggy as this. But I love my Clicks Power Keys. The app just needs updated so that I don’t have a phantom extra connected keyboard and so that when I change a setting in the app it remains changed on the keyboard. Looking forward to updates on this app!
Needs custom layout options
I use Dvorak and can use it by touch , but this keyboard deletes the critical s , w , and z keys in that layout . I need to be able to switch the layout on a hardware level , such as via the app . Switching it via iOS also messes up every symbol key .
Onboarding, Navigation and typing experience.
Can you please update the onboarding. It doesnt allow you to select the device type and the buttons and layout are different which makes it confusing.
It would also be great if there was a simpler way to control the mouse or the haptic feedback. Trying to use the keyboard on a tablet is…frustrating because you still need to tap the screen to navigate.
That being said, once you’re in the field you want to type into, it is a pleasant experience.
