Onboarding, Navigation and typing experience.
Can you please update the onboarding. It doesnt allow you to select the device type and the buttons and layout are different which makes it confusing.
It would also be great if there was a simpler way to control the mouse or the haptic feedback. Trying to use the keyboard on a tablet is…frustrating because you still need to tap the screen to navigate.
That being said, once you’re in the field you want to type into, it is a pleasant experience.

Wont pair new power keyboard
No updates in 2 months is craaaayzyyz during a product launch.
Too big and set up is weird
Too bulky and it sit so far down on the phone that if just feels weird. Also really bad its a hit and miss on the connection to typing you’ll have to open and close it to activate it.
Weird behavior with spacebar
My backlight only worked for one day. The settings don’t stay set. When trying to do the typing tutorial, the space bar goes back instead of inputting a space and so it doesn’t work. I think this was a bad purchase
Won’t run on iPhone SE 2022 - Power Keyboard
I purchased the Power Keyboard and this app will not install and run on iOS 17 on my iPhone SE 2022. Very disappointed as the new version was to add support for the Power Keyboard.
