Weird behavior with spacebar
My backlight only worked for one day. The settings don’t stay set. When trying to do the typing tutorial, the space bar goes back instead of inputting a space and so it doesn’t work. I think this was a bad purchase
Substandard product
I truly poor execution. You constantly need to remove the keyboard to effectively use the iPhone.
Example: passwords it doesn’t handle passwords well it’s not intuitive and if you stay in the keyboard you have the potential to lock your self out
Backlight needs to be turned on from the app. And it shuts itself off. Trying accessing the app without use of the keyboard. If you can’t see the keyboard because the backlight shut itself off try using a dark keyboard in the dark to access the clicks app to turn the backlight on.
The case cracked, it’s made of substandard materials
Enter key, not smart, will submit your text or post like an iPad keyboard not like an iPhone keyboard

Wanted to love this
Just pulled out my Dell Venue Pro which had a better slide out keyboard 15 years ago. Buttons feel cheap and i don’t understand why the keyboard is sooooooo heavy

The latest iPhone 17 keyboard is amazing and the app is good. Needs some work when you have your display zoomed. You can't get to all the settings.

I ordered a pay-per-click keyboard over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking has been stuck on “on the way” the entire time with zero real updates.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and they’ve completely ignored me or failed to provide any real help.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

Bad bad Keyboard
My replacement from a replacement last three months now unresponsive completely! Support response warranty expired! The one this replaced was due to the letters peeling off the keyboard. If you’re thinking about getting one wait a year or so for this company remove all the bugs
Great keyboard, infuriating app
I hate that every time I launch the app just because I want to turn on the backlight so I can see what I'm typing, I have to go through the welcome experience from scratch, including typing an emoji which I CANNOT DO because I don't have an emoji keyboard enabled. So I'm stuck unable to access the settings for my keyboard until I go copy/paste the emoji from somewhere. Doing this once was bad. Doing it repeatedly makes me angry.

You don't need app to turn on / off backlight. There is a hardware shortcut key for backlight on / off, once it's turned on, it will stay on whenever you use the keyboard. On iPhone 14 and 15 Keyboard, it is 123 + globe key. On the other models, it is 123 + microphone key. You need to enable Emoji keyboard in System settings -> General -> Keyboards, then you will be able to input emoji with the software keyboard. Hardware doesn't support emoji typing.

Account skip is a hack. Forced tutorial on every open.
We can now skip account creation, but its really anti-user. “Skip for now” and forced tutorial every time you open the app. We should be able to dismiss it.

Weird UI Issues on iOS 26
Recently I've noticed when my Clicks keyboard is connected to my 15 Pro Max, I get weird graphical issues in the UI, including the first icon in a folder having a shadow, some folder windows having a shadow around them, and the application switcher glitching out. I've tried all kinds of system setting changes, including accessibility settings to limit frame rate and glass effects and the only thing that helps is taking the Clicks case off. Will there ever be an up for proper iOS 26 support?

Not working at all
I bought a brand new clicks keyboard for my iphone16 and it didn’t even worked.
Have email the support since a couple of days back, but have not had a response from them since the time of this review. Very disappointed given that I was soo excited to receive the product and the relatively long delivery time
Updates as of 23/07/25: it has been almost a month and their promise to send a replacement has not arrived yet

Poor quality and poor material
I'm one of fan of keyboard cases but the Clicks keyboard is having best concept but the worst quality you ever experienced, the buttons are VERY SMALL can not understand whom for they design it!!!!
Honestly, I have not turn it on, but the way iOS dealing with keyboard is break up the experience to the next level.
My review and write is about the physical body of the keyboard.
I hope HOPING Clicks tech to improve and enhance the material using for the next version, the same the buttons to be really consider for human!
I'll ride the experience to turn it on and if it is useful or will return it back.

Horrible support
I bought this product, but it doesn't work, so I contacted them for a replacement. They haven't responded so far, not even to inform us of the progress until now, a week ago.
Inaccessible App for Blind
I LOVE my clicks keyboard as a blind person. But this app does not work with apple VoiceOver for the blind. Please ensure you follow WCAG (web content accessibility guidelines), so everyone can get the most out of this app.
