Useless. One job, can’t do it.
All I want is to open the app, connect to my Pecron over Bluetooth, check the battery percentage and wattage, and turn the AC on or off. That’s it. Instead, this app insists on phoning home to the internet first . and when that fails, the whole thing falls apart.
If you don’t have an internet connection, the app won’t even list your devices. Why does a Bluetooth controller need the internet to show me hardware sitting three feet away? When it does load, it shows me stale data . not the last known reading, but the percentage and wattage from two weeks ago. Completely worthless for knowing what’s happening right now.
Bluetooth connects maybe once every hundred tries, and when it does it feels like a miracle rather than a feature. I installed my battery in a spot that’s a pain to reach physically specifically because I assumed the app would handle control. Now I’m crawling around to do manually what the app was supposed to do.
Here’s the bottom line: I literally want to sell my Pecron because of this. A power station I can’t turn on and off remotely is useless to me. This app should not have ANY WiFi functionality . just simple Bluetooth, no internet needed, ever. That’s the entire job.

Was on the fence
I wasn’t sure about PECRON but I bought two F3000LFP Power Stations, day one powered a portable AC drawing 950w for 3.5 hours on a 90 degree Oklahoma summer day. It ran FLAWLESSLY, no dips, nothing. The app, this is what was great. Its runtime estimates stayed true through the whole test. I read bad things about the old app (I never used) but this one is great! I’m coming from the Anker Solix Ecosystem and though it’s still early, I HAVE NO REGRETS! Looking to add two F5000’s and when they come back in stock, two F1000’s to the fleet!
