Poorly designed and crashes often
This app is one of the worst apps I have used. First, the design is borderline unusable in many cases. The login utilizes a white text over white background so you cannot read it. The icons do not fit on a single page even though space allows. The app does not remember your login info or keep you logged in so every time you have to log in manually.
Second, the app has many bugs and is not reliable. It is slow to respond and is a pain to navigate.
Third, the back button is in the same place as the log out button. So if you hit back and the system is slow to respond (which is normal) by the time you hit it again, the app might have updated and then you have just logged yourself out. Incredibly frustrating and a very poor design.
This app is all around terrible and any facility should look elsewhere and not put their parents through this experience.
