The interface is difficult to use and navigate. Messaging is unbearable. Notifications are not consistent. As a parent we want to have reliable updates about our children.

I haven't been able to open and read any messages on the app since it updated.

So many issues with this app. Where do I begin? The app is telling me to update, but when I go to the App Store to update, there is no option to update.

Less than 1 star

This is the worst child communication app I have ever used. The messaging system gives not opportunity for you to even physically see your entire message to review it. The notification don’t allow you to click to the actual topic it’s notifying you about. The “acknowledge” button leads to nothing. So many missed opportunities for an application to communicate from school to home. Check out your competitors- they are light years ahead of you.
