About

Pedals keeps your coding agents and terminals within reach from iPhone and Apple Watch. See every agent in one Home view. Session names, latest assistant output, and live status make it clear what is running, what finished, and what needs you. Pedals surfaces attention through Live Activities and Dynamic Island, so you can stay informed without a stream of ordinary notifications. When an agent needs intervention, open the same computer terminal and take over from iPhone. Pedals also works as a complete remote terminal even when you do not use coding agents. • Monitor Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, Grok, Kimi Code, Kiro, OpenCode, Oh My Pi, Pi, and Hermes • Session titles, latest agent output, and live running, waiting, error, and finished states • Live Activity, Dynamic Island, Home, and Apple Watch status • Full end-to-end encrypted remote terminal sessions • Multiple terminals across multiple computers • Touch-friendly terminal toolbar and extended keyboard • One-time 8-digit pairing—no ports to expose and no VPN to configure • Native macOS menu bar companion with automatic updates Privacy is part of the architecture. The Pedals service relays encrypted terminal and agent data; it never stores terminal input, output, titles, working directories, or pairing secrets. A Mac running the Pedals desktop app is required. Agent monitoring support depends on each agent's hook capabilities.

What's New in Pedals

1.1.0

August 4, 2026

Monitor coding agents across your Mac from Home, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and Apple Watch. Agent rows now show session names, latest output, and live state. Pedals surfaces attention only when an agent needs input, finishes, or hits an error. This release also improves the macOS menu bar app and remote terminal experience.
